Refund Policy
A clear, straightforward guide to requesting a refund for a Lazuar digital purchase.

14-day refund window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
If the digital product did not meet your expectations or you experienced technical issues that prevented you from using the files, we will issue a full refund.

How to request a refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window, send an email to support@lazuar.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address used during purchase
- The name of the digital product
- A brief reason for the refund (this helps us improve)
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout. You will lose access to the download links immediately upon processing.
